Good afternoon Mary Ann:
Can I adapt this recipe to refrigerator pickles? That is no hot water bath, no sealing, and just keep them for a couple of weeks in the frig.

I've been paying $5 bucks a jar for zuchinni pickles at the farmers market. This week I'll just buy the zuchinni and onions and make them myself! Thanks!

Love your show since the beginning- late 80's. Saw a resent show. You made farfalle and you said it means "bow ties" in Italian.....Correction Mary Ann. Farfalle, in Italian, means "butterflies". I thought you knew Italian.
