Oh man this too looks amazing. I really like the use of a sauce over the tart instead of something more traditional like ice cream or whipped cream. I feel like a really nice sauce like that would be a great compliment to the dessert.

I noticed there is no flour in this cake, the walnuts, do they act as the 'flour' ?
