Mary Ann is undoubtedly one of the best Italian cooks/chefs in the business. My wife and myself met up with her at one her local events in my area. Mary Ann was just simply a delight, an inspiration and a wonderful person. Speaking of inspiration this recipe has inspired and motivated me to try it out as of this writing. In the pantry I already have some whole grain elbows waiting and all I need is to pick up a chunk of cheddar cheese and I'm set to go. I chose this dish because it contains just a few simple ingredients and should be a snap to whip up tonight. Thanks Mary Ann. Ciao all.
