i am a former resident of new hampshire,seabrook to be more to be to the point.we always tuned into your broadcast,we even went to portsmouth in hopes of seeing you at the little store that you frequented.[no such luck]the reason i am now trying to make contact is a recipe you did on eggplant,we lost the copy we wrote from that show.we know we sliced it like it was bread slices.fried it and we remember it had fontina cheese and basil leaves,it was absolutely delicious and we miss it.we grow lots of eggplants of all types and from any number of nations.we pray you can forward that great recipe to us so we can once again enjoy this dish.it isn't in any of your books that we have.thanking you in advance. leo g. king
