I can always rely on the efficiency as well as great taste of ALL your recipes...will try this tonight

I think you have to make your receipts more computer friendly. I and most people want to just print no more than one page. and also use a larger font to make it easier to read. Fai la brava.

That's a good idea, Norman. We'll look into how we can do that on the blog. You've probably noticed that, on the CiaoItalia.com website, there is a "Printer Friendly" version available for every recipe. Here on the blog, that's a little more challenging, but we'll see what we can figure out.

Thanks,

When the printer-friendly version isn't available, just highlight the recipe (click and drag your mouse over the words) then press Ctrl + c. This copies the recipe. Then open a word doc and press Ctrl + v. This pastes the copied material in the word doc. Then you can edit as neede. Reduce or delete the photos, change font size etc.

I love soup too, especially my Nonna's Stracciatella. Just chicken broth, whipped eggs, good Parmesan Cheese, a little lemon zest and parlsey. When you have a tummy upset or a cold, this is real comfort food.

Buon appetito,

I tried this recipe this past weekend, and didn't like it. It sounds like a good idea, but the contrast of the sweet vegetables with a basicly sour liquid didn't work as far as I am concerned.
